What type of files should I send?

It is best if you send .PDF and .EPS files with outlined fonts. These files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around. Remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before uploading.

What color mode should I use?

You should always start and finish your designs in CMYK color mode. If you send an RGB file, there is a chance that a color shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with your job.

What resolution should my file be?

Our vendors only accept 300 dpi files and no less. Low resolution files may be printed as is or will be placed on hold until new files are received, slowing your turn-around.

How do I setup bleed and crop marks?

Bleeds must extend further than the cut line. Please keep all text and anything you do not want cut at least .125? away from the cut line. When sending an .eps or .pdf, make sure you include crop marks so the job can be cut correctly.

Is there a charge when I supply the artwork?

There is no charge if your file is submitted according to the guidelines above. If your file is not in press ready format, there will be a $25.00 artwork charge to cover the time required to prepare the file properly for the press.

Will you design the artwork for me?

Yes. We will gladly assist you with creating your artwork. Simply select “design artwork for me” on the product page. There is an additional fee for graphic design time.

What is your return policy?

We encourage you to ask any questions and will do our best to clarify all steps in the selection and ordering process. Since all our products are customized to your particular needs, we cannot accept returns, refunds, credits or exchanges. Can I use my own shipping account?

Unfortunately at this time, that option is not available. All orders must be shipped out using our shipping account.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No. The shipping service, UPS, will not ship to PO Box addresses and therefore, we cannot ship to a PO Box.

Do you combine shipments?

No, because each order is processed on its own shipments cannot be combined.

How soon will I receive my order?

Most orders will be delivered within 6-8 business days. However, files with low resolution images, RGB color modes and other issues may delay production.
